There will be an instructor on hand but parents are welcome to go in and help.
This is instructed by one or two of the coaches. It is held like a class would normally be.
This open gym has instructors and coaches to spot and supervise. The gymnast decides on the equipment and which skills to work on. Gymnastics teams are still working out till 5:30. Use of the gym will be slightly restricted because of these groups.
